The Capacity to Listen

No date: Grant us, our God, the capacity to listen – to Pray for that which is good & best for all – for knowledge to do that which needs to be done within and for our community – AND for the Judgment to choose wisely our Alternatives. Amen

All of the prayer requests Dad listed are huge, intense and almost impossible.

Do I pray for the capacity to just…listen?

Do I pray for that which is good and best for all?

Do I pray for knowledge to do that which needs to be done…within and for our community? Is that even possible? To do what needs to be done within usually seems at counter purposes to the community.

How encouraged I am that my father believed and prayed otherwise.

And prayed for the Judgment to sift the Alternatives.
